This course addresses the laws and ethical standards that managers must abide by in the course of conducting business. Topics discussed cover: the legal system, business ethics and social responsibilities, constitutional law, administrative law, environmental law, intellectual property, environmental law, contract law, and agency and employment law, securities Law. Upon completion, students are expected to demonstrate a thorough understanding of the various areas of business laws which allows them to make legal and ethical decisions in the future real business world.
