Description

This course is an introduction to the basic concepts of financial accounting and financial report. Students will develop how to analyze business transactions, understand the construct of financial reports for decision-makers and accounting information, and evaluate published financial statements. The course emphasizes the topic of the principles and standards of balance sheet valuation, income measurement, financial disclosure and cash flow analysis that link preparation and use of such statements. Throughout the semester, we will be doing problems related to real financial statement.
