Description

Organizational Behavior studies the application of theories and concepts in behavioral science to individual, interpersonal and group processes in business management practice. Topics discussed include individual and group behavior, motivation, rewarding behavior, stress, conflict, power and politics, leadership, job design, organizational structure, decision-making, communication and organizational change and development. This course aims to improve students’ understanding of human behavior in organization and develop ability of applying organizational behavior concepts, theories and practice for effective management in real business world.
