Description

This course offers an introduction to various legal issues in the business environment. The course aims to equip students with the knowledge of these topics: business torts, negligence and strict liability, contracts, agency, business organizations, property, copyright, constitutional law, liabilities of employment, administrative regulation, consumer protection, environmental law, and international law. This course is designed to help students understand legal analysis and gain a comprehensive knowledge of the application of law in the American business environment.
