Description

ARH 102 is a survey of Western Art from the Renaissance to the present. This course provides fundamental training in art history along with an introduction to artistic tradition of Western European art. Students will study the development, from the Renaissance to the modern period, of the major styles in architecture, sculpture, painting, graphic arts, and photography. The learning outcome and skill from this course will learn not only spark a lifelong appreciation of the different arts, but also help you in any field to help your observation, culture understanding, and analytical and critical thinking are valued.
